Eyelash extensions are an art. Lashes range in length, diameter & shape. Don’t know what to book? We hire only advanced, experienced lash artists & use Lashbox LA adhesive so you are assured the quality, lash retention & look is outstanding!
Eyelash extensions and lash lifts carry potential risks, including irritation, burns, or allergic reactions. Approximately 3–5% of people may be allergic or develop allergies over time, especially to glue used in the application process. We use LBLA adhesive, the highest quality glue available on the market. Although all staff are trained, risks remain, and clients agree to these risks when booking. Medical expenses resulting from complications are not covered by B. Sweet. In case of an allergic reaction, including swelling, redness, itchiness, or watery eyes within hours, B. Sweet offers complimentary removal and a refund. Other refunds due to dissatisfaction are only provided if removal is requested within 5 days of the initial application. For safe removal, a professional lash remover is recommended. Natural lash shedding is expected, with up to seven lashes falling out per day. If there’s unusual lash fallout, more than half within three days, clients can receive a complimentary fix or additional lash time within nine days if reported within 3–4 days. The current rate of unusual fallout at B. Sweet is 0.09%. Child policy: Due to insurance, children under 13 are not allowed in treatment rooms or unattended in lobby areas, as sharp tools are used during services. Please note, we do not use mink lashes due to animal cruelty concerns. All of our lashes are made from high-quality PBT fiber, a cruelty-free, durable, and lightweight synthetic material.
